Mrs. Quarton’s World History students teamed up to investigate Absolutism in various countries and showcased their discoveries through creative, educational posters.

Following the annual Monster March, our awesome PHS Key Club members once again hosted their Carnival, bringing tons of laughter and fun! 🎪🎃🍁 A huge thank you to Commercial Bank for sponsoring this event every year and helping the community and Key Club keep this fun tradition going!

Details for Senior Night Recognition!

Attention KSHAA sponsored, fall activities participants! If you submitted the required informational form to participate in the annual Senior Night Ceremony scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, October 24th, you and your escorts should plan to arrive at Marvel Park Stadium by 6:15 p.m. The recognition will begin at promptly 6:30 p.m.

Weather permitting, we will proceed with the ceremony on the field. Please meet Ms. Lucas and Coach Janai on the southwest end of the field (near where the ambulance parks) to line up. If it is raining too hard to have the ceremony in the elements, adjustments will be made accordingly to proceed in the stadium. In the event it is pouring, the rendezvous location will be near the concession stand. Please watch for updates on the PHS Facebook page and in the student's email.

We are excited to celebrate our seniors and to get that VIKING WIN! GO VIKES!

Parsons High School students involved in the Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG) program were introduced and inducted on Wednesday. Following the induction, Parsons Police Department Deputy Chief Dennis Dodd spoke to students, encouraging them to put themselves out there to go for what they want, and to never fear being the first to try to accomplish something.

Juniors have started their annual Butterbraid fundraiser, this fundraiser helps raise money for prom! Orders are due by Wednesday October 29 and will be in before Thanksgiving! If you'd like to purchase a butterbraid, please find a junior or email cshafer@vikingnet.net.

Volleyball dropped their game tonight against Pittsburg 1-2, and wins 2-0 over Coffeyville. They will be back in action this Saturday for sub-state in Paola. Go Vikes!!
