IXL released its annual Elite 100 list of teachers today and Mrs. Armstrong is one of the winners!! This means out of 800,000 teachers worldwide, Mrs. Armstrong was chosen because of her students’ use of the program and the growth they have shown. Elite 100 teachers reside is 33 U.S. states and territories.


Tomorrow is Late Start Wednesday for all USD 503 schools.

We recognized 125 honor roll students this morning during our Zoom Awards Ceremony. We set 130 as our goal for the 3rd 9 weeks.

Zoey, Emmett, and Elliot got to spend some time with Snowball for receiving positive office referrals from Miss Jones.

Miss Jones’ class built gingerbread houses together to practice working as a team.





Miss Jones’ class got a VERY special delivery from the North Pole this morning! They voted to name their new class pet “Snowball”. ☃️





Mrs. Good’s class had a Christmas team building activity today. Each team was given the same amount of materials and they needed to come up with a plan of how to make the longest paper chain that couldn’t break and had to be in a pattern.




Mr. Holmes’ class had a Grinch day! They read the book, played a Quizizz game and took a Reading Counts test over the book, listened to the Grinch song, illustrated the similes and metaphors found in the song, and enjoyed green “Grinch juice” while watching the 1966 Grinch movie!
