Congratulations to our Top 10 IXL students in both 4th and 5th grade. These students completed the most IXL topics in February! Shout out to Evalyn Jones and Evelyn Le for being in the #1 spots.


After Mr. Holmes' class read the original tale of Hansel & Gretel from 1812 by the Brothers Grimm, we made our own gingerbread cottages. Thank you to Liz Phillips, retired Guthridge teacher and "grammy" of one of our students, for your donation of the gingerbread kits!

From PRC: Spring Break Fun Days!

Mr. Willis's students presented their research that they conducted on influential people for Black History Month.







Fourth grade students have been learning about the true attributes of friendship—then tying them together, one bracelet at a time.




Small folds, big focus — Fifth grade students are exploring patience and mindfulness through origami.




Students had a special guest show up at recess. They were so excited she joined their game!

We took advantage of the beautiful weather today by doing our math lesson outside.








While learning about food chains, students in Mrs. Brimm's class played a card game within groups to see who could create the largest food chain. They enjoyed showing their classmates what they had learned while having fun.
