After learning about perseverance, these students show what it looks like to keep going—even when the puzzle gets tough!

Today’s lesson: perseverance. Today’s activity: proving we’ve got it.

Thank you to Mrs. Julie Legler for volunteering her time to teach our fourth graders about Hanukkah during our "Holidays Around the World" day!

For Grinch Day, Mrs. Shields' class enjoyed a festive read-aloud of How the Grinch Stole Christmas and created a class Mad Lib using students’ secret word contributions; they then created their own and shared with the class. Lots of laughs were had today! 💚

4th graders got to "travel" to different parts of the world to learn about Christmas traditions and culture, writing down facts they learned about each country/continent that they "visited", including Germany, Israel, Mexico, & Africa!

The students in library have been learning and practicing Coding. We have participated in the Hour of Code these two weeks of December during their rotations. Students pictured were either working on iPads using OSMO to code or practicing coding from the various list of activities from Hour of Code webpage.
Mr. Holmes' class enjoyed decorating their Harry Potter-themed door for the holidays.

If you ever get to pick out secret santa, Melissa Peak would be a 1st round d raft choice!

This group of students have done such an amazing job of making the new student feel so welcome in their class!

When your Secret Santa nails it!

While learning about the moon, Mrs. Brimm's class worked in groups to recreate each moon phase.
